Modernisation and Extension of Hydrologic Monitoring Systems Program

The Australian Government's Modernisation and Extension of Hydrologic Monitoring Systems Program has been administered by the Bureau of Meteorology.

The objective of the $80 million Program was to assist water information collectors to modernise and extend their water monitoring systems.

This funding program is now closed. No more funding is available.

2011/12 Funding Round

The 2011/12 funding round has been completed.

$10 million was allocated for 2011/12 to fund projects proposed by eligible organisations. Please refer to the 2011/12 - Round 5 funding agreement summary (108Kb) for a break up of the $10 million by project.

Only those organisations (99KB) required to give water information under the Water Regulations 2008 were funded.

Water Data Transfer Format providers
