Area affected Arnhem Land, Southern Gulf, Southern Cape York Peninsula, Qld North Coast, Coral and Tasman Seas.
Central pressure Lowest estimated 990 hPa in Gulf and 986 hPa in Coral Sea.
Winds Strongest observed wind 30 - 40 kts (95 - 110km/h) gusts to 120 km/h in South Coral Sea. Stongest in N.T. Region 55 - 75 km/h 29th in SE Gulf of Carpentaria.
Rainfall Good rains in northern Arnhem Land coast and then NE Arnhem Land (50 - 125mm in 24hr on 26th). Heaviest rain in S.E Gulf and Georgetown area.
Seas & storm surge Moderate seas off north Arnhem Land coast.
Damage Flood damage in Qld; no damage in N.T. Some tree damage in S Cape York.
