Current Weather Summary and Future Developments:
A strengthening ridge along the Queensland coast will push a trough over inland
Queensland west towards the Territory. This trough will link to a low that
develops near the WA/NT border bringing a moist west to northwest flow across
the northern half. Afternoon and evening showers and storms will become more
frequent over the north and also gradually extend from the eastern border into
the remainder of the Territory over the next few days.

Forecast for Wednesday:
North of the Alice Springs District...
Isolated afternoon and overnight showers and storms. Light to moderate northwest
winds. 

North of the Alice Springs District...
Isolated afternoon and overnight showers and storms in the east. Moderate east
to northeast winds.

Forecast for Thursday:
Isolated afternoon and overnight showers and storms extending throughout apart
from the southwest. Light to moderate northwest to northeast winds. 

Friday Outlook:
Isolated afternoon and overnight showers and storms throughout.

Saturday Outlook:
Isolated afternoon and overnight showers and storms throughout.
