Participants

In order to provide a favourable atmosphere for discussion, participation in the Workshop is restricted to not more than about 40 persons. Thus attendance is by invitation only and is restricted to those likely to contribute to discussions.

A balance of 20 forecasters and 20 scientists seems appropriate, which includes forecasters from the Southwest Pacific and Southeast Asia.
