9. What do the terms damaging winds, destructive winds and very destructive winds mean?

The term damaging winds refers to wind gusts in excess of 90 km/h. The term destructive winds refers to wind gusts in excess of 125 km/h. The term very destructive winds refers to wind gusts in excess of 170 km/h.
