Giles Area Contact

Visitors are welcome at Giles but must be aware that the station is a fully operational Observation Station and staff are bound by National and International requirements.
As such, it is imperative that we ask visitors to contact us, whenever possible, to arrange a tour.

PLEASE NOTE: Giles is administered by South Australia and therefore adheres to South Australian time including daylight saving time. Tours are welcome, coinciding with the balloon release, commencing at 0830 (0930 CDST) and 1430 (1530 CDST). Weather and staffing availability notwithstanding.
