SITUATION
At 1800 UTC Tropical Cyclone Mitchell was centred within 30 nautical miles of
latitude eighteen decimal seven south (18.7S)
longitude one hundred and nineteen decimal two east (119.2E)
Recent movement : west southwest at 10 knots
Maximum winds : 35 knots
Central pressure: 993 hPa
AREA AFFECTED
Within 60 nautical miles in NE quadrant
and within 60 nautical miles in SE quadrant
and within 70 nautical miles in SW quadrant
and within 65 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 60 knots by 1800 UTC 07
February.
