GALE WARNING 1 FOR WESTERN, SOUTHEASTERN AND SOUTHERN AREAS

SITUATION AT 200600UTC
Vigorous flow associated with cold front near 46S126E 50S128E 53S126E. Forecast
cold front weakening near 47S131E 52S134E to developing low 972hPa near 56S132E
at 201200UTC, just low 967hPa near 59S138E at 201800UTC, low 962hPa near
62S140E at 210000UTC, and low 959hPa near 64S141E at 210600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 63S137E 63S150E 54S140E 47S132E 45S125E 53S125E 53S127E 63S137E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 120nm west of front shifting
northwesterly quarter 30/40 knots within 120nm east of front initially,
transitioning to just clockwise winds 34/47 knots within 240nm of low in
northern semicircle from 201200UTC. Rough to very rough seas, rising to very
rough to high from 201200UTC. Moderate to heavy swell.
