291200UTC, 48S094E 53S093E 56S089E at 291800UTC, 44S109E 47S109E 55S098E at
300000UTC, 43S115E 48S115E 53S105E at 300600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 46S085E 40S107E 45S116E 49S114E 55S101E 58S084E 52S082E 46S085E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 300nm west of front developing by
291200UTC. Winds expanding to within 600nm west of front by 291800UTC and to
within 900nm west of front by 300600UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to
heavy swell.
