FORECAST Southerly quarter winds shifting southwesterly quarter in the northwest quadrant of the low, tending clockwise within 180nm of low. Wind speeds 30/45 initially within 240nm of the western semicircle of low, expanding to within 360nm of low at 091200UTC, and increasing to 34/45 knots within 480nm of the low except north of 50S by 091800UTC, expanding to within 600nm of low by 100000UTC.
