GALE WARNING 3 FOR WESTERN, SOUTHEASTERN AND SOUTHERN AREAS

SITUATION AT 090600UTC
Vigorous flow associated with low 967hPa near 56S134E. Forecast low 966hPa near
56S134E at 091200UTC, 967hPa near 55S134E at 091800UTC, 971hPa near 53S135E at
100000UTC, and 975hPa near 53S137E at 100600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 51S136E 56S135E 62S136E 63S126E 54S120E 44S126E 43S136E 51S136E.

FORECAST
Southerly quarter winds shifting southwesterly quarter in the northwest
quadrant of the low, tending clockwise within 180nm of low. Wind speeds 30/45
initially within 240nm of the western semicircle of low, expanding to within
360nm of low at 091200UTC, and increasing to 34/45 knots within 480nm of the
low except north of 50S by 091800UTC, expanding to within 600nm of low by
100000UTC. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
