FORECAST Southwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots developing by 090900UTC initially south of 48S, expanding to throughout area at 091200UTC. Winds contracting to north of 50S at 091800UTC, and easing below 34 knots throughout by 100000UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
