SITUATION AT 190000UTC
Vigorous flow associated with trough 35S115E 39S116E. Forecast trough near
35S119E 37S119E 40S120E at 190600UTC, trough 35S122E 40S124E at 191200UTC, near
38S126E 41S128E at 191800UTC, and decaying thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 38S112E 41S129E 35S127E 32S113E 38S112E.

FORECAST
Westerly quarter winds within 180nm west of trough, shifting northwesterly
quarter within 120nm east of trough. Wind speeds 30/40 knots, easing below 34
knots throughout after 191800UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy
swell.
