Vigorous flow associated with cold front 53S135E 57S146E 62S147E to low 956hPa
near 62S140E. Forecast 52S136E 58S151E 62S155E to low 955hPa near 63S141E at
291200UTC, 53S141E 58S156E 62S167E to low 955hPa near 64S154E at 291800UTC,
53S145E 60S170E 64S176E to low 953hPa near 65S161E at 300000UTC, front east of
area thereafter and just low near 66S170E at 300600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 56S126E 51S133E 50S160E 65S160E 65S138E 61S129E 56S126E.

FORECAST
Northwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 360nm east of front initially,
expanding to within 480nm east of front by 291200UTC. Clockwise winds 30/40
knots within 360nm of low in northern semicircle and within 240nm of low in
southern semicircle. Wind speeds increasing to 34/47 knots within 240nm of low
in northern semicircle, and increasing further to 50/60 knots within 180nm of
low in northwestern quadrant. Rough to very rough seas, rising to high to very
high within 240nm of low in northern semicircle. Moderate to heavy swell.
