SITUATION AT 290600UTC
Vigorous flow associated with trough near 50S096E 53S104E. Forecast trough
47S097E 52S104E at 291200UTC, 43S102E 47S108E at 291800UTC, 40S114E 49S115E at
300000UTC, and 40S118E 46S119E at 300600UTC

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 46S087E 39S113E 50S113E 57S092E 46S087E.

FORECAST
Southwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 300nm of trough initially,
expanding to within 360nm east of trough by 300000UTC. Rough to very rough
seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
