SITUATION AT 200600UTC
Vigorous flow associated with cold front near 45S105E 50S108E 61S098E. Forecast
45S108E 50S111E 61S101E at 201200UTC, 44S113E 49S116E 61S104E at 201800UTC,
near 43S121E 48S121E 62S107E at 210000UTC, and 44S130E 50S131E 57S116E at
210600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S087E 45S100E 43S133E 52S136E 55S118E 62S108E 61S085E 54S087E.

FORECAST
Southwesterly quarter winds within 600nm west of front, shifting initially
westerly quarter within 360nm east of front then tending northwesterly quarter
within 360nm east of the front by 210600UTC. Wind speeds 30/40 knots,
increasing to 34/47 knots within 240nm west of front. Rough to very rough seas,
rising to very rough to high within 240nm west of front. Moderate to heavy
swell.
