191200UTC, near 53S100E 58S107E 61S107E at 191800UTC, and near 51S105E 58S111E
60S111E at 200000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S083E 60S087E 61S107E 54S113E 49S107E 54S083E.

FORECAST
Southwesterly quarter winds developing within 420nm west of trough, shifting
westerly quarter within 120nm east of trough at 191200UTC. Westerly quarter
winds expanding to within 360nm east of trough by 191800UTC. Wind speeds 30/40
knots. Gales winds covered by Melbourne Gale Warning 10 from 200000UTC. Rough
to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
