Weather Situation
Winds tend northerly ahead of a trough that is forecast to move into the west later today, before crossing the rest of Victoria on Tuesday. A broad westerly flow develops on Wednesday, ahead of a cold front crossing Victoria and Bass Strait later. The front clears to the east of Bass Strait early Thursday, as a weak ridge of high pressure moves in from the west. A secondary low pressure trough moves towards the west of Victoria on Friday.
