Westerly quarter winds, shifting northeasterly quarter south of warm fronts,
northwesterly quarter north of warm fronts, southwesterly quarter west of cold
front [2], and turning clockwise within 400nm of lows. Wind speeds 20/33 knots.
Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
Rain areas, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly within 120nm
east of cold fronts, 180nm of lows. Visibility reducing below 2nm in
precipitation.
