Total rainfall was 22 mm, 46% lower than the 1980 to 2015 average of 41 mm.
Highest on record and very much above average rainfall did not occur.
Above average rainfall occurred across 4% of the area, predominantly in the central south.
Average rainfall occurred across 52% of the area, mainly occured southern half of the drainage division.
Below average rainfall occurred across 36% of the area, mainly in the northern half of the drainage division.
Very much below average rainfall occurred across 8% of the area, distributed in patches across the north.
Lowest on record rainfall was limited to less than 1% of the area.

Highest on record flows occurred at 7% of the sites. These were located in the central south. At four sites streamflows were the highest for November since 1980.
Very much above average flows occurred at 8% of the sites, located in the centre and central south.
Above average flows occurred at 32% of the sites. These were located in the central east and the south.
Average flows occurred at 39% of the sites, spread throughout the drainage division.
Below average flows occurred at 10% of the sites. These were located in the northeast.
Very much below average flow occurred at one site, located in the northeast.
Lowest on record flow occurred in the Gwydir River downstream of Copeton Dam in the northeast which had the lowest streamflow for November since 1980.
