The wettest overall was Tully Sugar Mill with 143.6 mm, followed by Daradgee with 117.2 mm, followed by South Johnstone Exp Stn with 115.6 mm.

The warmest on average was Coconut Island with 27.9 °C, followed by Weipa Aero with 27.0 °C, followed by Horn Island with 26.9 °C, followed by Scherger RAAF with 26.9 °C.

The coolest on average was Applethorpe with 11.8 °C, followed by Stanthorpe Leslie Parade with 12.4 °C, followed by Warwick with 13.8 °C.

Maximum temperature

The Queensland area averaged maximum temperature (see notes section) was 0.68 °C above the long-term average of 28.67 °C (1961-1990).

The hottest day was at Urandangi with 39.5 °C on the 28th, followed by Urandangi with 39.0 °C on the 27th, followed by Julia Creek Airport with 38.9 °C on the 27th.

The warmest days on average were at Kowanyama Airport with 34.3 °C, followed by Century Mine with 34.0 °C, followed by Musgrave with 34.0 °C, followed by Palmerville with 34.0 °C, followed by Weipa Aero with 33.7 °C.
