Western Australia in November 2025

Rainfall

• Rainfall totals in November were above average for much of the state, and highest on record for part of the northern Kimberley.
• Western Australia's area-averaged rainfall total in November was 27.7 mm, 55% above the 1961–1990 average.
• Some sites had their highest November daily rainfall on record.
• Some sites had their highest total November rainfall on record.
• Some sites had their highest total November rainfall for at least 20 years.

Temperature

• Mean maximum temperatures in November were below to very much below average for much of the south, the Pilbara coast and parts of the Kimberley, and above average for the west coast and part of the central interior.
• Western Australia's area-averaged mean maximum temperature was 33.3 °C, 0.21 °C below the 1961–1990 average.
• Mean minimum temperatures in November were above average for western and northern coastal areas, and below average for the southern Goldfields.
• Western Australia's area-averaged mean minimum temperature was 18.9 °C, 0.18 °C above the 1961–1990 average.
• Western Australia's area-averaged mean temperature was 26.1 °C, 0.20 °C above the 1961–1990 average.
• Wyndham Aero had its coolest November day (lowest daily maximum temperature) on record.
• Wyndham Aero had its lowest November mean maximum temperature on record.
• Kununurra Aero had its lowest November mean maximum temperature for at least 20 years.
