National performance report: water and wastewater service providers
The National performance report provides a comprehensive assessment of the pricing and quality of water and wastewater services delivered across Australia each financial year. Performance indicators cover water resource supply and usage, finance and pricing, asset management, customer service, greenhouse gas emissions and water quality compliance. Published annually and prepared independently by the Bureau, State and Territory governments, and the Water Services Association of Australia, the reports support commitments under the National Water Initiative.
