SITUATION AT 171800UTC
Vigorous flow associated with cold front near 43S153E 49S153E 51S149E. Forecast
43S157E 50S158E 51S155E at 180000UTC, 43S161E 46S162E 51S162E 52S159E at
180600UTC, 44S166E 48S166E 53S164E at 181200UTC, and 44S168E 47S168E 50S167E at
181500UTC then east of area afterwards.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 51S144E 52S147E 52S160E 45S161E 43S159E 43S146E 51S144E.

FORECAST
Northwesterly quarter winds within 180nm east of cold front, turning
southwesterly within 390nm west of front. Wind speeds 34/47 knots. Winds east
of front easing below 34 knots by 180000UTC, and winds easing throughout area
by 181500UTC. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
