IDY28000 Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology Bureau National Operations Centre Satellite Notes for the 0600UTC chart on 29 August 2015 Issued at 5:39 pm EST Saturday on 29 August 2015 A cold front and cloudband is moving across southwest WA. A prefrontal trough over the WA interior is producing thunderstorms and some middle level cloud. A patchy cloud across the Northern Territory and Queensland is due to an upper level disturbance, which links to a frontal cloud band over the Tasman Sea. Some thunderstorms are been triggered over central and southeastern Queensland near a surface trough. Patchy cloud can also be seen over much of southeastern Australia within a broad southerly airflow which is being generated by a low over the Tasman Sea.
