Above average temperatures favoured in southeastern AustraliaFor southeastern Australia, the outlook for maximum temperatures averaged over the late spring to mid-summer period (November to January) shows a moderate to strong shift in the odds favouring warmer than average conditions in the more southern parts, including Tasmania.
