Weather Situation
A developing low pressure system is approaching the southwest of the state, with a strong cold front approaching the entire west coast on Tuesday evening. The low will remain to the southwest of the state on Wednesday as it deepens further. A vigorous westerly flow will develop Wednesday, and persit as this system slowly moves southeast Wednesday and into Thursday. Another cold front will move over southern and western parts of the state on Thursday and Friday.

- North to northeasterly 20 to 30 knots decreasing to 15 to 25 knots before dawn then tending northwest to northeasterly 20 to 30 knots in the evening.
