13.4 Adjustment and forfeiture of inter–region commitment on surface water

The volume presented (0 ML) represents the volume of allocated water under the Tarago River – Gippsland Water bulk entitlement that was effectively forfeited at the end of the 2011–12 year. As formal annual allocations are not made, the volume of water allocated was equivalent to the volume of surface water actually diverted. Therefore, the volume reported as being forfeited under the bulk entitlement was 0 ML.
