This line item volume (0 ML) represents the volume of surface water allocation remaining for irrigation supply licence entitlements in the Perth region at the end of the 2011–12 year.
The irrigation scheme licences relate to the Harvey and Waroona irrigation districts within the Harvey Water Irrigation Area.

Method
For each surface water irrigation scheme supply licence, the licensed water management year is 1 July to 30 June. At the end of the water management year, any unused allocation is forfeited. Therefore, the allocation remaining at 30 June 2012 is zero, as shown in the following table.
