Method

Southern Rural Water meters surface water diversions under all high and low reliability water shares, and supplies by agreement in the Melbourne region.

Diversion volumes for high and low reliability water shares were obtained from the Victorian Water Register, and diversion volumes for supply by agreements were obtained directly from Southern Rural Water.
