21.3 Surface water allocation announcements – irrigation scheme

The volume recognised in the water accounting statements (338,100 ML) represents the allocation announced for bulk irrigation surface water entitlements within the Ord region during the 2012–13 year. Irrigation water is diverted from the main Ord River channel for supply to the Ord River Irrigation Area.
The annual allocation for each irrigation licence in the Ord River Irrigation Area for the 2012–13 year is given in the following table.
