9.9 Discharge from urban water system
Supporting information
The volume recognised in the water accounting statements (603 ML) represents the total discharge of wastewater from Wyndham Wastewater Treatment Plant to the King River and from Kununurra Wastewater Treatment Plant to the M1 Channel during the 2012–13 year.
Total volume of wastewater discharged to surface water from each treatment plant is provided in the following table.
