Method

Allocation announcement is calculated by the states. The volume of the allocation announced is calculated as the product of the volume entitled by the percentage of allocation announced.

Uncertainty

The line item includes calculated data. The uncertainty value for the New South Wales data provided in this line item is +/–10%. The uncertainty attached to the volume of the allocation announced is due to the fact that the volume entitled may have changed during the year, as a result of existing entitlements converted into a different class, of new entitlement issued or of entitlement cancelled following commissioning of a water saving infrastructure project.
