Method

There is one groundwater Irrigation Scheme Supply licence within the Perth region (Chittering Valley). The water supply licence for the Chittering Valley Irrigation Scheme has a water management year that ends on 1 August.

The allocation remaining was calculated as shown in the table below.

There are no metered data available for the Chittering Valley irrigation licence. The volume of extraction is estimated to be the full annual allocation amount. Consequently, the allocation remaining at the end of the reporting period (30 June 2010) is equal to one month’s allocation (or 1/12 of the total annual allocation).
