This line item represents the volume of wastewater exported to the Highfields Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).

The Highfields WWTP is located within the Condamine–Balonne water resource plan (WRP) area, outside the South East Queensland (SEQ) region. However, part of the catchment area for the Highfields WWTP is located within the SEQ region. The wastewater entering the Highfields WWTP from the portion of its catchment area located within the SEQ region has been quantified for this line item as 123 ML.

Method

Wastewater was exported out of the SEQ region to the Highfields WWTP in the Condamine–Balonne WRP area. The metered volume exported was obtained from Toowoomba Regional Council.
