Metered customer-use data, extracted from billing records, were used to determine the potable water export.
The volume was estimated from measured data. Estimated uncertainty, based on meter accuracy and professional judgment on determination of boundaries of billing areas beyond the Sydney region, is +/–5%.
The compilation of data for the line item has been difficult due to the Sydney region not aligning with the boundaries of Shoalhaven City Council. All effort was made by the council to ensure data provided here are as accurate, on a suburb/location basis, as possible.
