The volumetric value for the line item at the end of the 2012–13 year was 287 ML.
Trade of surface water entitlements occurred within two water supply schemes (WSS). A total of four trades occurred in the Logan River water supply scheme (WSS) with a total volume of 79 ML. A total of five trades occurred in the Central Brisbane River and Stanley River WSS with a total volume of 208 ML.
