32.3 Surface water access entitlement for allocated diversions

This line item reflects all quantified surface water rights considered for the surface water entitlement holders in the region. The volumetric value for this line item is 1,200,050 ML.
As no formal allocation process takes place in the Sydney region, the volume associated with this line item is assumed to be 100% of the total entitlement as outlined in the Water Sharing Plan for the Greater Metropolitan Unregulated River Water Sources or individual water management licences at the beginning of the 2012–13 year.
