| Lineage |
Gridded data were generated using the Barnes 2-D meteorological analysis. Approximately 90 stations were used in the analysis. Most of the stations used in the analysis have at least 15 years of records, with at least 80% complete data over the recorded period. The resolution of the data is 0.25 degrees ( approximately 25km). All input station data underwent a high degree of quality control before analysis, and conform to WMO (World Meteorological Organisation) standards for data quality. |
