Daily reports of thunderstorm activity to midnight are updated as soon as possible following receipt of available data. In this initial analysis, most thunderstorm activity will be identified and reported. It is possible, especially in the case of isolated thunderstorm activity, that some thunderstorms are not detected. If there is doubt, please contact us at ins.qld@bom.gov.au. We will perform a more thorough analysis to determine whether thunderstorms were likely. As new evidence comes to hand, the reports will be updated for past days.
