For the purposes of Regulations 7.04 and 7.06, the Commercially Sensitive Sites document lists the names of sites from which water information can, for reasons of commercial sensitivity, be provided later than the time specified in the Regulations. These sites are limited to those of organisations that are listed in Category C (hydroelectricity generators).
